Our management and caregiver staff of home health professionals are highly qualified and will provide the best possible care to every client.
At Tradition Home Care, we recognize that everyone has different needs when it comes to in-home care. We provide compassionate, nurturing, and safe care for seniors and persons with physical or mental disabilities wherever they may call home. Our registered nurse oversees our caregivers who can help with personal care, homemaking, errands, and transportation throughout the Treasure Coast. In addition, we provide skilled care services by our nurses as well as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.
Our Director of Nursing, Kirstin Snider, RN, has experience in hospital care and home health care. She worked as a Charge Nurse and Nurse Preceptor in Brooksville, FL. Most recently she served as Director of Nursing for Senior Helpers home health agency in Asheville, NC. Kirstin loves creating plans of care to help guide our caregivers to bring joy into the lives of our clients.

Kerri Johnson serves Tradition as its President; she has had a successful career in health care and served most recently as President of Atlantic In-Home Care, a nurse registry in Port St Lucie, FL serving primarily Medicaid Long Term Care clients in their homes.
Tradition Home Care is a licensed Home Health Agency by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration, accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care and is a member of the Home Care Association of Florida and the St Lucie Chamber of Commerce.
